My Story…
Having endured Domestic Violence Abuse and Childhood Abuse I am grateful now to channel my experiences in a positive manner. I am looking forward to shining a spotlight on Domestic Violence and Childhood Abuse and Neglect by participating in raising awareness for the Run Against Violence 19 day, 1300km fundraiser. One step at a time we can/ will make a difference. This year I am feeling safe and strong enough to speak out about the DV & Childhood abuse that I endured to help others. The toll on my body and mind due to internalizing the sadness, shame and guilt lead to quite a reserved, sullen life’s journey that created a domino effect on not only my health, but my children, family and friends. Whilst I cannot undo what's happened I can create a ripple alongside an awesome team that will have a wave like effect on the collective consciousness of humanity. Cheers, Keran

Help give young Australians access to healthy relationship education.
During the 2024 RAV Virtual Team Challenge, 100% of donations made via registration and fundraising pages will go directly to NAPCAN and the Love Bites program.
During the past 4 years, Run Against Violence has donated over $400,000 to the Love Bites program making RAV the largest Australian non-government investor in the program's history.
We are on a mission to ensure every teenager in Australia can learn about what healthy relationships look like for them.
