My Story…
How good would a world be where I could go for a run in the dark or in an isolated area and not be fearful. Not need to run in the center of the road to stay away from bushes, and not need to make sure my music is off so I can hear the slightest sound.
How good would it be for there to be no more news stories about domestic violence, sexual assault and murder by an intimate partner.
Maybe we can only dream but I am running to fundraise for programs that help educate teenagers at school about respectful relationships and healthy behaviours.
Help me help the next generation make our world feel safer so we can just enjoy what we love doing in life.

Help give young Australians access to healthy relationship education.
During the 2024 RAV Virtual Team Challenge, 100% of donations made via registration and fundraising pages will go directly to NAPCAN and the Love Bites program.
During the past 4 years, Run Against Violence has donated over $400,000 to the Love Bites program making RAV the largest Australian non-government investor in the program's history.
We are on a mission to ensure every teenager in Australia can learn about what healthy relationships look like for them.
